By enrolling in the Our Actions Umbrella Program, you agree to appoint Our Actions Inc. as the Registered Agent for your nonprofit program and acknowledge the services included in your monthly participation.

You authorize Our Actions Inc. to act as your nonprofit program’s Registered Agent. This allows Our Actions to:

 

Compliance & Administrative Support

·         Registered Agent services (required for all nonprofits)

·         Annual state filing reminders and guidance

·         IRS filing support (Form 990-N / 990-EZ guidance)

·         Ongoing compliance monitoring

·         Receive official state and legal correspondence on behalf of your organization

·         Help ensure your nonprofit remains in good standing and compliant

·         Notify you of any important filings or required actions

·         Support from a team experienced in nonprofit operations

·         No need to manage complex filings on your own

·         Streamlined, hands-off support model

Acknowledgment

By proceeding, you acknowledge that:

• You authorize Our Actions Inc. to serve as your Registered Agent

• Monthly participation is required to maintain active program status and support services

• You understand this program provides guidance, structure, and administrative support, and does not guarantee specific outcomes

Billing & Participation Requirement

You agree to a recurring $30 monthly fee.

​

Your first payment will be due in 30 days.

Failure to maintain payment will result in:

• Removal from the Our Actions Umbrella Program

• Termination of Registered Agent services

• Loss of associated compliance and administrative support
