What the Monthly Maintenance Covers
The maintenance fee supports the ongoing administration, compliance management, and required filings needed to keep your nonprofit program active and in good standing.
Specifically, it covers:
• Registered Agent services (required for all nonprofits)
• Receiving and managing official state and legal correspondence
• Preparation and submission support for required annual state filings
• IRS filing handling (Form 990-N / 990-EZ submission support)
• Ongoing compliance monitoring to help maintain good standing
• Deadline tracking and compliance notifications
• Administrative oversight so filings are handled on your behalf
• Access to general nonprofit resources (including IRS links and updates)
